If you check metacafe get good hits for technical hacking videos , animals videos and so that required creativity , funny , quality and that make attractive. If you have digital camera you can try metacafe with uploading your own produced videos.
They pay by checks for your views for get payments you needs to make atleast $100 for make that much the video required atleast 20,000 views. More views makes more money.
