There is some threads discuss about that topic but the truth is Google accepting publishers from regardless the location of user but now they have only accept established web sites with 6 months old. But it’s not limited to 6 months old domain name because any one can purchase 6 months old domain names with less than original domain name price also they check about site traffic and contents too. Also we know there is many groups making just blogspot , wordpress blog and put some contents on there just get approval from Google adsense and sharing clicks.

Here are the few things you have to check before apply with google adsense :
* Put unique contents
* Don’t copy any contents from any where in the online
* Make sure the domain name your applying registered to you and 6 months old
* Check your visitors coming from USA & UK (this is rule for adsense for games)

Also that is good thing Google taken for stop frauds (we all know can’t stop frauds but good for control fraud amount) because established web sites owners not planing to make money with fraud and get banned their sites from Google adsense and I would like to tell you that don’t try to get clicks try to get traffic so more traffic is more clicks and more income through your site.
